UGC Notes on Procedures

The UGC “Notes on Procedures” explain and set down the major operational procedural elements of the interplay between the UGC, the Government and the institutions.

The “Notes” are for observance by officers of the institutions, Government officers and staff of the UGC Secretariat for handling affairs of the UGC-funded institutions.
