(B) Collaborative Research Fund Committee's Comments for Applicants' Reference

  • The overall quality of proposals was high. With the large number of applications to the Collaborative Research Fund, the competition continued to be vigorous. The Committee selected the strongest proposals for funding.
  • Project teams of resubmitted proposals had taken reference of the comments given by the reviewers in refining their proposals and showed improvement in the quality of their submissions.
  • Project teams are expected to elaborate more in the proposals on how they would work together with a view to demonstrating their collaboration in achieving the objectives.
