The first scholars to be selected for a newly-launched Fulbright fellowship programme are named. Recipients will take part in research and lectures at major universities and research institutes in the US in the arts, humanities and social studies during the 2002-2003 academic year. The programme is an initiative between the RGC and the US Consulate General in Hong Kong.
