Will the tuition fee for undergraduate programmes be raised under the "3+3+4"?

In its public consultation document of 2005, the Government recommended a shared funding model, suggesting that the tuition fee for university study be set at $50,000 per annum under "3+3+4". The Government will review the tuition fee for the new undergraduate programmes nearer the time.
