Financial Guidelines for UGC-funded Universities
The Financial Affairs Working Group (FAWG) concluded its review of the finances of universities in September 2013 and put forward in its Report recommendations with a view to improving the cost allocation practices and the level of financial transparency in universities. To implement the report's recommendations, the UGC, in consultation with the universities, drawn up the following guidelines:
